Could P Diddy and Kanye West’s feud finally be over after all this time? Fans think so after their longtime beef appears to have turned a corner.

Music icon P Diddy was one of Kanye West’s few famous friends to rushed to his defense after the rapper’s strange behavior online over the past few years. However, the celebrities had a falling out – quite publicly – which didn’t look great for the star. It’s been several months of the pair seeming to have a rollercoaster friendship but it could be they’ve made up.

Kanye West and P Diddy’s feud

The drama between the two stars began after P Diddy tried to help is pal Kanye West when he received backlash over his controversial White Lives Matter shirt.

Previously, he had defended Ye for his social media rants, calling him a “free thinker” and claiming his message had been “misconstrued”.

However, in October 2022, after seeing Kanye West wearing a White Lives Matter t-shirt, P Diddy text the rapper about it pleading him to stop – which just ignited the feud between them.

The 46-year-old shared the screenshots of their conversation on Instagram in a now-deleted post.

Diddy, 54, allegedly text him: “I’m just trying to talk to you as a Black man.

“And I’m talking to you because this is hurting our people. Stop”.

Ye didn’t appreciate the record producer reaching now, and told him he’d post anything he messaged over, before adding ‘I love you’ and telling him he was ‘breaking his heart’.

Then Ye, who has received backlash over posting half-naked photos of his wife Bianca Censori, asked for an address so they can have a face-to-face conversation to ‘stop playing these internet games’.

The star wore the shirt at Yeezy’s season 9 presentation during Paris Fashion Week.

Later, when it was clear the feud wasn’t being resolved, Kanye West text P Diddy saying he was still planning to sell the shirts because “nobody gets in between me and my money”.

The two stars have known each other for years, and worked together on Ty Dolla $ign‘s song Guard Down in 2015.

A new leaf for the celebrity pals

Thankfully, it seems they may have buried the hatchet because Diddy was sign attending Kanye’s Listening Party with his twin daughters. P Diddy must have pushed the feud aside to attend Kanye West and Ty’s set at Rolling Loud in Los Angeles.

Although it wasn’t a performance per se, as neither of them actually sang.

They just played tracks from the new record Vultures 1.

It’s not known if Diddy, real name Sean Combs, and Ye spoke at the show. But him showing up seems a good sign.

It comes after Ye continues making headlines for his and his wife’s outfits that fans say are too revealing.

Although, the rapper defended posting pictures of his wife online, saying it made him happy.
